How to Play Roulette

Each player buys chips of a different color from the dealer. Their value is determined at the time of purchase. The dealer will spin the ball around the roulette wheel and bets may be placed until the ball slows or the dealer calls "no more bets." The dealer marks the winning number, clears all losing bets and pays the winning bets. It is the player's responsibility to place chips properly on the layout.
