New, Improved Gaming System Up And Running

Club Members Must Receive New Cards At Coyote Club Desk Before Playing

In a relatively fast and smooth transition, a majority of Spirit Mountain's slot machines were recently fitted with necessary upgrades, including colorful interactive TFT touchpad screens and convenient "Ticket In, Ticket Out" capabilities.

All but approximately 80 machines -- out of 1,500 -- have been updated with exciting programming features and will require users to earn points through play by inserting newly-designed Coyote Club cards. New club cards became available on Feb. 13th. Any customer, who has not claimed their new purple and orange membership card featuring a picture of a howling coyote, will need to pick one up with a valid I.D. at the Coyote Club desk. The majority of slot machines will not accept old membership cards and it only takes a few moments to exchange your old card for a new one.

The new instantaneous slot technology will not only confirm an account is active, but track points earned and alert card holders of bonuses and other incentives. Players will also be notified of qualification for special prizes and offerings. Because these new card confirmation features are now available, club members will be responsible for ensuring that they are earning points for play and they will need to establish their own pin numbers to access personal account features.

Ticket In, Ticket Out

Ticket In, Ticket Out provides easy and instant accessibility without fumbling for cash or hassling with crinkled or aged dollar bills. Tickets can be inserted and reinserted in nearly every machine on the floor, providing the user with clean and seamless transferable play. After playing on a machine, updated cash values are printed on the ticket, which the user can then insert into another machine or use to cash-out at one of the many available kiosks scheduled to be installed throughout the gaming floor at the end of March. The kiosks act in the same way as ATM machines, reading the amount on the inserted ticket and dispensing cash in the amount of the ticket.

Convenient Card Swiping Coming Soon

Coyote Club members can also look forward to the ease and convenience of being able to swipe their cards at the gift shop and food outlets. Swiping devices are scheduled to be installed this month, allowing guests to use their club cards like credit cards by simply swiping to redeem points for gifts and food, thereby eliminating the need to go to the service desk to receive credits and have points debited.
